Have a break, Have a Kit Kat

I Thank God that I've been taking a few breaks..

I been unbelievably tired and busy..

Day of Excellence is in two days time..

I have cancelled all my events..

About the schedule GRC students have this last month..

I think its simply ridiculous..

especially to have no holidays..

The students have been putting in so much of effort..

the least we could have s to come of half day..

Or even a whole Monday of holiday..

It's been so very very very tiring..

I wouldn't blame anyone..

for really "losing it" on Day of Excellence Day..

it'll be the peak of our preparation..

In fact, we've been so busy..

that I don't think we're even prepared for Day of Excellence..

Sometimes, you can see the problem..

it's coming..

but you can't do anything about it..

You can't ask God to remove it..

You have to face it..

and ask God to help you overcome it..

til' then I trying to get as many breaks as possible..

- I can do all things thru Christ who gives me strength -

God bless,

and have a Break ; have a Kit Kat

I just came back from High 5 Bread-town with the Sunday School.. Like the last time I went there, it was just as interesting and you can never get bored of it !! On the way, as I was going in the bus- Isaac kept talking and talking to me in such a cute way !! ..and it was so like me to "not resist" taking a pic or a few pics with him !! Now, I've got 4 loaves of High 5 bread and 6 butter cakes - enough for the next 3 and a half months !!!!!

Firstly , I'll have to talk about GRC's First Ever Youth Rally - It was just amazing, everything worked just as expected or shuld I say, Unexpected !! The worship was moving, the mime was entertaining, the skit was absolutey thrilling to, both watch and and perform in. Most importantly, David spoke a wonderful message and over 50 people gave their lives to Jesus either for the first time or more !!! David - so proud of you !!! Dex & Shaun - You guys did a brilliant job too especially at the last minute !! So in the end, EVERYTHING was just great and its been an amazing experience to be involved in such and event !! THANK YOU , GOD !!!

Come... As You Are !!

After much writing and talking about the GRC Youth Rally - it's finally come , much to the relief of many of us. We've been going to PJ to practice for the last two weeks !!!.. and we're ( all from GRC Klang ) are really really tired.. Especially me, directing the skit and being in charge of the ushers from all three centers ( although the others from PJ and USJ has helped me A LOT with the ushers.. THANK YOU ALL !!! ) As for the others, they're busy too - Dex got a last minute call to MC the whole event with a USJ student , David's speaking !! and Shaun also got a last minute call to play the keyboard !! So, let's just say we're not really "not doing anything".. Let's just hope and pray that everything will go as planned. Most importantly - let's hope that the skit, which has an evangelistic twist to it and David's message would result in the angels rejoicing in the end of the day !! Well, that's it for now.. it's been a busy and tiring but refreshing experience.. Afetr today, I can cut off one out of my many "things to do" on my list !! At least..

Anyone whose heart is cold or lonely,
Anyone who can't believe,
Anyone whose hands are worn and empty,
Come as you are.
CHORUS
For the robe is of God that will clothe our nakedness
And the robe is his grace,
It's all you need,
Come as you are..
Anyone who feels they're unworthy,
Anyone who's just afraid,
Come sinner, come and receive His mercy,
Come as you are !!
God bless,

To The Extremes..

Wow !! Yes, I know.. the blog's dusty, but as usual , I'm busier than ever !!! Sigh.. I have so many things to say.. but really don't have the time. On Friday, which was Independence Day, we went to my 3rd home ( if you had notice *wink wink* ) , I Utama !! We went to see the movie," Ratatouille".. Interesting movie.. If you know me, you know I always look forward to Disney Pixar Animation Movie ( except Toy Story 1 ).. So, really enjoyed the movie plus like many other Pixar Movies, this one's real funny !!!

Our lunch was a delightful feast of pancakes at one of my favourite restaurantsat 1 Utama , Paddington's House of Pancakes. Pancakes with corned-beef , pancakes with syrup, pancakes with sausages, pancakes with eggs, pancakes with salami, and pancakes with blueberry jam.. Mmmm Mmmm..

The following day, I spent one whole day with the Selvans, who are the family our happened to be closest to. For connections sake, the children, who are also 'Chindians' call my parents, " Godpa and Godma". Therefore, being my "God-siblings". Had a smply marvellous time with everyone and for lunch we went all the way to KL !! We went all the way there and we went to a kopitiam. A KOPITIAM ??!!! UH HUH !!!! But look at the bright side, ok.. actually that there was NO dark side.. The food was good , it all came out fast and did I mention the food was good ?? Yup, and the kopitiam was like one of those real typical Chinese old-fashioned kopitiam and right just now , we had dinner - we went to Rembau Street also known as the Little India of Klang.

So why the title ?? Dad just reminded us that we had eaten three very different kinds of food in the last three days !! The first were very English- pancakes, the second was VERY chinese- the Kopitiam, the third extremely Indian- food from Little India !! That's Malaysia !!!

God bless

With lots of luv and pancakes ,
